I do not know if any tests have been done and I'm not sure what material are in the wall. I have been living here for over 3 months and can say I haven't heard any of my neighbors. I do have people beside me and behind me but no one above me, as I'm on the third floor. I can ask the maintenance supervisor if he knows of any information about that and will relay it on here.

Jessica answered all our questions, she was great! The day we visited it was raining, but I loved seeing that people were in the office enjoying the amenities. The two bedroom was very cozy. I loved how deep the tubs were, the plethora of cabinets in the kitchen and the spacious and clean hallways. Plus the cost to live there wasn’t astronomical.
