Mine was free and they gave me a 5% Veterans discount. (I know they ACTUALLY gave me the discount because I was quoted a price before I asked about a Veterans discount, and when I received the written estimate, it stated the Veterans discount and was 5% less than originally quoted.) So I can say for sure that they are a company who appreciates Veterans, and their estimates are truly free.

Rock Structure Repair has truly helped us turn our house into a home. I will first include text from my previous RSR review, which only describes the initial work they did for us:
“Working with RSR has been very beneficial for our property. They removed all of the old ductwork and HVAC equipment from our crawlspace, leveled a badly sagging kitchen floor, and installed a French drain around the back of our house….They worked very efficiently and did a fantastic job at every turn. It was a messy project, but after they finished they cleaned up the entire area that was affected. We are quite satisfied with the results and would recommend them to anyone. The rest of this review is an update describing all that Rudy and his crews have done for us since then…
After the French drain project we were focused on a privacy fence and a modest-sized deck. While collecting multiple bids from contractors on those jobs we encountered some problems, so we asked Rudy at RSR if he could suggest anyone. Rock Structure Repair ended up taking on this project too and they outbid the others to keep us well within our budget, providing us with exactly what we were needing. Over time we went on to use RSR for several other home upgrades. These included replacing entry-doors, installing (in existing brickwork)
both a sliding glass-door and a security dog-door, comprehensive crawlspace-drainage solutions, and more. Some photos are included.
With every single project we received at least three other estimates and Rock Structure Repair was consistently very competitive with their bids. This allowed us to eventually get more work done, without going over our budget. Plus all of the work was done with great care and attention to detail, which made for outstanding results. Working with RSR has been very beneficial for our property. They removed all of the old ductwork and HVAC equipment from our crawlspace, leveled a badly sagging kitchen floor, and installed a French drain system around the back of our house. They started working on the French drain Monday morning and by Tuesday evening it was done! All of their trench-work was done by hand, so they were able to avoid damaging our sprinkler system and septic pipes. It’s incredible how much work they accomplished in less than 48 hours. They worked very efficiently and did a fantastic job at every turn. It was a messy project, but after they finished they cleaned up the entire area that was affected.
