(Original) Conocà esta agencia por medio de el pediatra de mi hijo, el llegó acá sin decir ni una sola palabra y con un diagnóstico que como padres no querÃamos aceptar, nos fue muy difÃcil, estábamos desinformados y sin saber que hacer, pero llegamos a este centro y desde el primer dÃa, nos atendieron muy bien siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestro hijo y su proceso y lo que necesitaba según su condición, luego de que nos asignaran a la RBT nuestro hijo en cuestión de 2 meses comenzó hablar, a ser más sociable e independiente e incluso comenzó a leer, los profesionales a su alrededor comenzando desde Antonella en el front desk, su RBT Amanda que ha sido excelente con su labor, MarÃa Teresa que siempre nos apoya con dudas y quien mejor que ella que ha pasado por este camino, Nathalie que siempre está presente en el progreso del niño y demás personal de este centro, han sido excelentes contribuyendo al desarrollo positivo de mi hijo, me siento muy orgulloso de lo que mi hijo ha logrado y la gran ayuda que le han prestado acá… Lo recomiendo 100 % y le doy 5 estrellas porque lo merecen.

I had a terrible experience with a previous RBT, but A1A completely turned things around for my family. I cannot express enough gratitude for Rachel, Nathalia, and Crystal, who went above and beyond to ensure the best care for my daughter. Rachel, though not an RBT, personally came to my home to help with my daughter. Her dedication to parent training was impressive, and her passion truly shone through. The in-depth skills and comprehensive packet she provided were incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t be happier with the guidance she offered. Nathalia, the director, was exceptional in addressing my concerns. She immediately took action, ensuring that my issues were resolved promptly and professionally. Her commitment to finding an RBT that paired well with my daughter and our family was deeply appreciated. Crystal, the RBT, has been outstanding. Her expertise and compassionate approach have made a significant positive impact on my daughter’s progress. The entire team, including Emily and Yasmin, who consistently checked up on us, demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and genuine care. I know the stigma attached to ABA therapy, but they have made the process so much better for me.
