Cynthia was the best! We had a different realtor for a couple months which did not work out. Cynthia was recommended to us by a mutual friend. She met with us at the house and went through everything we needed to do to get it ready to sell. We did all she suggested plus a little more, when it was ready she took over with the listing, the photography and showings and all of this with us leaving on vacation the day after the house went on the market! Within a week the house was under contract. The buyer and realtor were very particular, Cynthia worked with them on a couple issues and was able to get the house sold with everyone satisfied.
