Ion has an attached parking garage. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis for an optional additional charge. Ion is just blocks from the Fullerton CTA Red/Brown/Purple train stop. There are also bus stops located just outside the community.

I could only day positives about Ion. The customer service is amazing, nice, and efficient. Very very clean, and staff is super friendly and helpful, always ready with answers to my questions

My daughter moved into ION in August of 2023. We worked with Ivana as we had some special requests due to health issues. Ivana helped us with placement and we are very happy. The building is secure and the common spaces are well maintained along with the apartment.
